We're Looking for LPNs: As an LPN, you will provide hands on resident care, proper and timely administration of medications and treatments, accurate verbal and written reports and rapid response to any/all emergency situations. PER DIEM Shifts available: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am You will enjoy: 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and PTO cash out program Emergency Loans Chime MyPay at Work pay advance Elevate - Educational Reimbursement An exceptional work environment that is both engaging and fun ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Performs professional and restorative nursing services which include, but not limited to, resident assessments, recording of vital signs, administering medications and treatments. • Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring that quality care is provided. • Interacts with the resident's physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed. • Following the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Care Plan; assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility. • Assists with in-service and on the job training and mentoring of Team Members. • Participates in and attends all required in-service training and education programs as scheduled. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing. • Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid • High school diploma or GED • Four-year college or university degree desired. • 1-2 years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently. • Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards. • Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment. • Ability to understand and follow directions as given. • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
