General Manager - Franchise

You will be responsible for making sure the restaurant runs smoothly. Responsibilities May Include: Ensuring that the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times. Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively. Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed. Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy. Key Responsibilities:Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage inventory and control costs effectively. Uphold food safety standards and ensure cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with the franchise owner to achieve financial goals. Foster a positive and motivating work environment The range listed below is the typical pay range for this role. Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which the position falls. Work Experience Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems. Understanding of restaurant operations best practices. Ability to cook or understand food service management is beneficial Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Existing Denny's experience is a plus Benefits Bonus Options:Performance-based bonuses tied to achieving sales targets, bottom line finance metrics, customer satisfaction goals, and cost control measures.
