A global shipping company in central NJ is seeking a hands-on Development Manager with a strong C#. Demonstrate the ability to efficiently manage multiple clients and project teams concurrently in an agile and fast-paced environment. Take charge of overseeing business analysis, development work, and ensuring the quality assurance of projects. Conduct proactive follow-ups on projects, ensuring their timely and successful delivery. Required Qualifications: Over 10 years of comprehensive experience, with a focus on project management for a minimum of 5 years. Exceptional communication skills, adept at collaborating with local and global teams and managers. Proficient in C#, .Net framework, WinForms, Rest APIs, entity framework (or another ORM), and SQL. Hands-on experience supporting development teams and providing guidance to project managers, following industry best practices. Proactive in staying updated on emerging technologies and evolving product development practices. Strongly Preferred: Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Experience with the agile methodology. Proficiency in Azure development, including Service Bus, Graph API, and Authentication.
