Building Maintenance Engineer

You'll be in charge of overseeing the property's overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Qualifications • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Driver's license and clean driving record is mandatory
