This role requires a strong leader with expertise in OASIS, compliance, and quality assurance to ensure excellence in patient care. While this position does not include direct clinician supervision, the Clinical Manager will be responsible for clinical leadership, patient care oversight, personnel support, and quality compliance. Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Supervise day-to-day clinical and office operations to ensure efficient workflow. Serve as primary support for staff and patients during hours of operation. Ensure compliance with professional standards, agency policies, and state/federal regulations. Review discharge assessment data, Edit/Lock Discharge OASIS, and discipline-only discharges. Manage daily KPIs, workflow, and patient escalation/complaint calls. Guide clinicians in implementing Emergency Care Protocols. Ensure all clinicians, including contract staff, receive the necessary training, competency assessments, and supervision. Assign staff based on demonstrated competence in required tasks/services. Serve as the QAPI owner and actively participate in quality assurance (QA) and performance improvement activities. Investigate incidents, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans. Candidate requirements Required: Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). Current nursing license or relevant clinical licensure in Massachusetts. Experience in home health leadership and OASIS proficiency. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to analyze patient care data and implement evidence-based practices. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology.
