Job Full Description We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented Asset Management Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage daily department operations in a fast-paced distribution environment, serving as an Asset Management Supervisor. As a key leader on our team, you will oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving processes, and team management to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse functions. Your proactive approach will help optimize workflows, improve processes, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence while supporting a dynamic logistics operation focused on growth and innovation. Schedule: (M-F) 7am - 3:30pm plus overtime when needed Pay Rate: $21 - $23/hr Duties Supervise daily warehouse department activities, including inventory management, and materials handling, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team environment Oversee inventory control procedures using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as AS400 to maintain accurate stock levels and reduce discrepancies Coordinate warehouse distribution activities with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize delivery schedules and reduce transit times Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, safety protocols, and compliance with OSHA standards Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely for heavy lifting, materials handling, and stock movement as needed Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy, shipping & receiving documentation, and warehouse safety inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements Skills Proven experience in warehouse supervision with strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) like AS400 Expertise in inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse distribution strategies Ability to lead teams effectively with excellent team management skills; capable of training staff on safety procedures including OSHA standards Mechanical knowledge for operating forklifts safely and performing basic maintenance checks on equipment Strong understanding of materials handling techniques, heavy lifting safety practices, and shipping & receiving procedures Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes and 3PL operations for seamless order processing Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process improvement initiatives Join us in shaping the future of logistics by leading a dedicated team committed to operational excellence!
