Job Full Description General Assembly - 2nd Shift A Menomonee Falls company needs a General Assembly Worker - 2nd Shift Duties and Responsibilities: • Assemble production units, ensuring the highest level of quality at the lowest possible cost, while meeting the company performance and quality standards and customer specifications • Operate various hand tools, power hand tools, and machine tools to construct, assemble and finish parts to specifications Position requires: - Ability to lift up to 50lbs on an occasional basis - Ability to read and understand production work orders and follow work instructions - Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work based on business needs and instructions of production control manager • High school diploma or equivalent • 1 year experience in manufacturing, trades or construction • Experience and working knowledge of hand tools • Ability to use, compute from and read Tape Measure • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with other employees of the organization Brookfield, WI 3102 16655 West Bluemound Road Suite 205 Brookfield, WI 53005
