Job Description Supports the execution and coordination of daily dock operations, including loading and unloading activities. This role works closely with the warehouse and Production team to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of shipments while developing a strong understanding of operational processes and dock management. Key Responsibilities: Support daily loading and unloading operations at the warehouse dock. Ensure shipments are loaded and unloaded safely, accurately, and efficiently. Assist in coordinating dock activities and truck flow. Learn and apply truck capacity planning and pallet configuration for optimal loading. Work closely with the team to maintain organization and efficiency in the dock area. Support verification of incoming and outgoing shipments. Assist in resolving operational issues related to shipments and dock operations. Help maintain operational safety and compliance with warehouse procedures. Qualifications Experience in warehouse or shipping and receiving operations preferred. Understanding of loading/unloading procedures and warehouse workflows. Ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
