SAP S/4HANA BI&R Delivery Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:SAP Datasphere: Expert-level understanding of data modeling, semantic layers, and integration with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): Advanced skills in dashboard design, planning models, predictive analytics, and embedded analytics.Databricks: Strong experience in building scalable data pipelines, integrating SAP data with Databricks for advanced analytics and machine learning.BI & Reporting Architecture: Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-wide reporting strategies leveraging SAP and non-SAP tools.Data Governance & Security: Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and governance frameworks for professional services firms.Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, agile delivery, and PI planning cycles.Roles & Responsibilities:Delivery LeadershipOwn the BI & Reporting workstream for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.Define and deliver integrated reporting and analytics strategy across Finance, Engagement ManagementLead design workshops for reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with business KPIs and compliance standards.Oversee development of dashboards, KPIs, and predictive models using SAC and integrated data from Datasphere and Databricks.Manage cross-functional dependencies with Finance, Engagement Management, and Technology teams.Governance & Stakeholder ManagementDrive governance for BI & Reporting scope, including RAID logs, progress tracking, and risk mitigation.Collaborate with client leadership and technical architects to ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy.Quality AssuranceValidate data models, reporting outputs, and analytics solutions for accuracy and performance.Ensure adherence to best practices for cloud-based BI solutions and scalability.Change ManagementSupport adoption of new reporting tools and analytics capabilities through tra ining and enablement.Salary Range: $94,000-$150,000 a year#LI-NS4
