YOUR TASKS FORVIA - HELLA Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamicand experienced Testing and Validation Engineer - Lighting Electronics. DailyResponsibilities Coordinate and collaborate with external tax consultants, outside financial auditors, government tax auditors as well as other departments. Conduct data collection of information for federal and state income tax returns, including reviewing the tax returns and extensions prepared by external consultants. Provide preparation of tax provision for month/year end financials and complete the deferred tax tool for Hella group reporting. Calculate tax rates to be used in business planning and prepare deferred tax tool for budgeting. Compile information for annual Research & Development tax credit. Monitor inter-company cross border transactions for the U.S. group for transfer pricing implications for review with management, manage data collection and review transfer pricing study prepared by external consultants. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in business, accounting, tax or similar major. Masters degree is preferred. 3+ years experience of conducting tax analysis within a multinational corporate environment. Prior background using SAP or working within the automotive industry is preferred but not required. Proficient with MS Office applications: Excel, Word and Powerpoint Strong organizational skills and the ability to accomplish assigned tasks within established and changing deadlines.
