About the job Branch Manager Branch Manager : Austin Branch - Bank Deposit and Loan new customer marketing - Supervise operations personnel and evaluate employees performance - Reviews reports for risk control (NSF, O/D, Kiting suspect, G/L, -Balance Fluctuation, Large Deposit) - Supervise teller personnel transactions on a daily basis - Confirms the accuracy and completeness of the CAP at the time of the account opening process - Confirms the accuracy and completeness of currency exchange of Korean Won at the end of the day - Confirms the accuracy and completeness of non-customer wire transfer records at the end of the day - Confirms the accuracy and completeness of non-customer Money Order sales records at the end of the day - Oversees branch maintenance & handles customer complaints and inquires - Responsible for new employee training at the branch - Prepares Monthly Branch Certification -Banking experience of at least 6 years is required.
