Sr. Business system analyst - Jersey City

Job Description Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital markets industry. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Capital Markets industry, with a deep understanding of financial instruments, trading platforms, and market infrastructure. Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows within the capital markets domain. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements to existing systems. Analyze and interpret data related to trading activities, market trends, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks. Exposure to SQL/Analytics Experience with trading platforms and order management systems is a plus Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 169,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
