Contract Tech & Business Recruiter

We have a great contract recruiter opportunity for someone with experience recruiting for both Tech and Business roles. This is an individual contributor role working as part of a collaborative team in an S&P 500 business that is experiencing substantial growth across the US, UK and Canada. Please note this is fully onsite. You should have at least 4 years' full cycle recruiting experience and a record of developing, executing and evaluating recruitment strategies to attract top talent. The role involves partnering with hiring managers across the organization to ensure that open positions and future workforce projections are filled with the right people, and in a timely and cost-effective manner. $40-$60/hr Responsibilities: Source and identify talent through a variety of internal and external channels to drive a funnel of top talent Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to create ideal candidate profiles, job descriptions, and hiring strategies Manage all activity within the applicant tracking system in a timely and accurate manner Consistently evaluate the interview and assessment process to ensure quality while also optimizing the candidate experience Research and review potential recruiting tools to drive process improvement and resource optimization. Required Qualifications: 4+ years' full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment Demonstrated success in recruiting against key metrics and hiring top talent as evidenced by internal measures of success (retention metrics, hiring manager satisfaction, upward or cross lateral mobility of top talent) Proficiency with contemporary sourcing/recruiting methods as well as a keen interest in the adoption of new tools that enhance recruiters' effectiveness Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
