(DHi) is seeking a Billing & Accounts Coordinator to support the billing department in processing invoices, maintaining client records, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage various administrative billing functions efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with clients and team members effectively. Key Responsibilities Billing & Accounts Processing Generate, review, and process invoices in a timely manner. Ensure accurate billing records and client account updates. Handle client inquiries regarding billing issues and resolve discrepancies. Compliance & Reporting Assist in the preparation of billing reports for management review. Ensure compliance with financial policies and client contract terms. Help with audits and support financial reporting processes. Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with finance, client services, and operations teams. Ensure billing procedures align with company policies and industry standards. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or accounting support. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense-related billing. Familiarity with billing platforms or CRM systems. Core Competencies Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and reporting. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with clients and team members. Problem-Solving: Address billing issues and discrepancies proactively. Time Management: Handle multiple billing tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Work Environment Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable). May require occasional travel. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
