Direct HireRetail Remodel Associate – Overnight ProjectLocation: Bentonville, ARProject Dates: March 22, 2026 – May 29, 2026Pay: $20.00 per hourPosition Type: Full-Time, Temporary ProjectWe are hiring 30 team members for an overnight retail store remodel project in Bentonville. Associates will assist with transforming a large retail space by rebuilding fixtures, resetting merchandise, and preparing the store for a refreshed layout. This is hands-on work in an active retail environment and requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability.ScheduleTwo crews available, 15 associates per crew:• Crew 1: Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM• Crew 2: Wednesday – Sunday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AMOvertime may be available. Schedule may vary slightly based on project needs.What You’ll Be Doing• Build new sales floor fixtures and remove existing fixtures• Rearrange basic and complex floor displays• Set merchandise according to modular guidelines• Move and organize excess merchandise• Use basic hand tools and cordless drillsWhat We’re Looking For• 18 years or older• Professional and dependable• Comfortable working overnight shifts• Able to lift, move, and assemble fixtures• Experience with basic tools preferred but not required• Available for the full duration of the projectIf you have friends or family who would be a good fit, you are welcome to apply together.Work Location: In personLSI Staffing is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
