The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for a designated group of residents and provides leadership and direction to CNAs and other caregivers to deliver and maintain quality care within established policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Pennsylvania State Nurse Practice Act.
