Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of production machinery, including Blow/Filling/Sealing/Labeling machines that produce bottles filled with Sterile/Saline Solutions. This role offers both second and third shift options, with hours from 3 PM to 11 PM and 11 PM to 7 AM, respectively. The position requires flexibility to work weekends with 50-60 hours available each week.Responsibilities Repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot production machinery. Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Set up equipment and maintain heavy documentation throughout the production process. Handle production line start-up and repairs. Perform preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot PLCs as necessary. Essential Skills 4+ years of maintenance experience in plastics, molding, medical/pharma, or food industries OR 5+ years of process technician experience in the plastics industry. Experience with machinery setup and documentation protocols. Knowledge of industrial, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical, and blueprint reading. Additional Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience with blow fill seal machinery. Experience in setting up and independently running equipment systems.
