Director of Operations

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a strong and experienced Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations across the organization. This individual will function in a COO-type capacity, ensuring all departments run efficiently and managers are aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with deep experience in manufacturing and warehouse/logistics environments, capable of managing teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics functions. Manage and supervise department managers and directors to ensure alignment and efficiency. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, workflow, and overall performance. Monitor processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement systems to streamline operations. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent operational and strategic thinking skills. Ability to optimize processes and improve efficiency in manufacturing and logistics environments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations. Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role (Director of Operations, Operations Manager, or similar). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
