Plumbing Service Technician - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Job Type Full-time Description Chesapeake Home Services, LLC. has an immediate opening for a Plumbing Service Technician. The Plumbing Service Technician will play a key role in launching and growing our plumbing service territory. This position has potential to move into a Plumbing Supervisor role, running plumbing calls until the territory is built and staff is hired throughout 2026. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues. Follow all safety protocols and regulations. Self-motivated and self-starter. Able to perform the work him or herself. Running plumbing calls and staff. Building up the division. Requirements 3+ years of Residential Plumbing Service Technician Experience (required) Previous supervisory experience (preferred) Experience in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems (required) Backflow certified or able to obtain with in 1 year of employment Experience with using tablets and cellphones Experience using scheduling tools (required) Experience using ServiceTitan (preferred) Must have a clean 3-year driving record Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving. Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also perform independently. The right individual will be an experienced plumbing service technician with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. They would excel in a very fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure. Must be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service. Must be willing and able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions. Able to work well in an environment of constant changes, and have a "no excuses, make it happen" attitude.
