Registered Dental Hygienist

Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong understanding of comprehensive dentistry, including hygiene procedures, patient assessments, and accurate clinical documentation. Additional certifications or licenses as required by state regulations to perform assigned duties. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, concierge-level patient care with a warm and professional chairside manner. Establish trust and rapport with patients through compassionate, patient-centered interactions. Promote optimal oral health by identifying signs of periodontal disease and potential oral cancer. Review, document, and maintain thorough patient medical histories and chief complaints. Take digital X-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning and monitor clinical progress. Perform dental hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the dentist. Respond effectively to emergency situations or unexpected developments during patient care.
