Job Title: Behavior Assistant / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Palm City, FL Company: Treasure Coast ABA Services Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule: School Site: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 2:45 PM Clinic (Optional): 1-2 afternoons per week, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM About Us: Treasure Coast ABA Services is a mission-driven ABA company committed to providing high-quality behavioral therapy to neurodiverse children and teens. We support clients across school, clinic, and community settings and are looking for compassionate, reliable professionals to join our growing team. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Assistant or RBT to work primarily in a school setting, with optional additional hours at our clinic. The ideal candidate has experience-or a strong interest in being trained-to support both school-age children with minimal behavioral challenges and a 17-year-old client who requires assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and may display aggression. Key Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Support school-age clients in inclusive and structured environments Assist a 17-year-old client in developing ADLs and functional life skills Collect and record accurate data on client progress Collaborate with clinical and educational teams to ensure consistency across environments Maintain professionalism and empathy in both school and clinic settings Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Current RBT certification (or willingness to become certified within 60 days of hire) Experience with or openness to working with teens with higher support needs Ability to remain calm, professional, and safety-focused during challenging behaviors Reliable transportation and punctuality Must pass Level II background screening What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience and credentials Paid training and supervision hours Opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team Flexible scheduling options Clinic and community-based experience If you are passionate about making a difference and ready to grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you!
