HPLC Research Associate

Seeking a highly motivated Research Associate level biochemist/chemis. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine analytical characterizations of mRNA formulations. Here's What You'll Do: Run HPLC and FACE (Fragment Analyzer Capillary Electrophoresis) based assays and analyze results according to an SOP Routine maintenance HPLC systems and FACE Sample preparation according to SOPs and data entry in an electronic laboratory notebook system maintain high-quality laboratory documentation in electronic systems Utilize standard automation liquid handlers for sample preparation Here's What You'll Bring to the Table: Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment B.Sc. with strong foundation in biochemistry, chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering or related field Experience with Chromeleon HPLC software is preferred General chemistry and biochemistry lab skills are a must Experience in characterization of small and large molecules including biopolymers Experience in separations science is preferred Strong written and oral communication skills Required Skills : Research & DevelopmentThis is a high PRIORITY requisition.
