Overview The Senior SQL & Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable data and automation solutions that enable efficient business operations and informed decision-making. This role combines strong SQL Server expertise with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform to deliver end-to-end solutions, from backend data processing to user-facing applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into reliable, high-performance technical solutions, while ensuring data integrity, security, and maintainability. ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end SQL Server support, including development, performance tuning, testing, maintenance and documentation. Design, develop, and maintain SQL solutions, including stored procedures and complex queries. Analyze and optimize existing SQL queries and execution plans to improve performance, particularly for long-running processes. Design and integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and Teams. Implement strong data validation, transformation, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms to ensure data integrity and reliability. Support the design, development, and deployment of SSIS packages using SQL Server Integration Services. Pay range $90,000-$110,000 per year The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base pay range for this job at the time of posting. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including , relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law. QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field. 8+ years of experience in SQL database development, maintenance, and programming. 7+ years of experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps. 5+ years of experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
