Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (React-Focused) Location: 100% Onsite Preferred: Suburbs, VA Second Preference: Middletown, NJ Job Type: Full-Time | W2 | OPT/CPT Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level Visa Status: OPT/CPT/STEM OPT / H4-EAD (H1B sponsorship support available for eligible candidates)Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js and PL/SQL to join our team. This is a full-time onsite role where you will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, develop responsive web applications, and support backend systems.Key Responsibilities: Work with business stakeholders to gather and understand user/business requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React.js. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build pixel-perfect interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Maintain and assist in the migration of minimal legacy components developed in Angular. Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, triggers, and functions. Contribute to backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs. Perform seamless integration between frontend and backend layers. Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and technical discussions. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux or Context API). Solid expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including writing complex queries and performance tuning. Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based architecture. Good understanding of RESTful API integration with frontend frameworks. Basic knowledge of Angular for minimal support and legacy component migration. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Nice to Have: Previous internship or academic project experience in full-stack Java development. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Why Join Us?
