About the job INTERIM Licensed Nursing Home Administrator/LNHA - $75-$85 Job Summary: The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) / Executive Director is responsible for operations of the skilled nursing facility in accordance with current federal, state (Massachusetts), and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that long-term care facilities to assure the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times. Key responsibilities include: Oversee day to day operations of the facility Ensure conformance with the annual budget Fiscal management through census development, cost controls, and stringent receivable collection. Participate in marketing activities while co-developing and implementing a marketing plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy and premium case-mix through marketing strategies. Provide a positive work environment for staff. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff. Additional qualifications: Experience as Executive Director in a skilled nursing facility Administrators license in the state of Massachusetts is required Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers Competitive salary and benefits offered.
