In this position, the selected candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day hotel direction, maximizing sales and revenue, driving colleague development and empowering our team to create world-class guest experiences every step along the way. Education and Experience: Previous hotel management experience in progressive leadership roles is required. Excellent communication, problem solving, reasoning and motivational skills are a daily expectation. Working knowledge of hotel brand standards and property management systems.
