Assembly Worker

Trillium Staffing is now seeking Assembly Workers for direct-hire in Saginaw! Pay rate is $22-$28/hr. The schedule is 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm. Candidates must have basic mechanical aptitude, the ability to assemble components, read blueprints, and follow manufacturing processes, and must have successfully passed a basic assembly test. Job Duties: -Assist in the implementation of new manufacturing technology -Learn technical data for product lines -Development and maintenance of quality control procedures -Work with a manufacturing team to have a world class manufacturing department Apply now! -Welding experience required -Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and have full range of movement -High School Diploma required. Vocational education for manufacturing processes is desirable but not required. -Experience: assembly, machine building, construction, or other related fields -Ability to drive a fork truck and use other manufacturing machines (drill press, cut off saws, etc.), hand tools -Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (to use company vehicles) -Mechanical ability and demonstrated craftsmanship Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
