Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for retail clients Conduct regular inventory audits and reporting Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Bilingual English and Japanese or Chinese required Prior warehouse or logistics experience required Management or supervisory experience preferred Food industry experience is a plus! Forklift certification is a plus! Work Hours and Location Monday-Friday (8:30 AM-5:30 PM) Secaucus, NJ(in-person) Compensation $55,000-$70,000/year (depending on experience) Benefits (after 3-month probation) Insurance, PTO, and other company benefits
