We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader-Foreman to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of landscapers and laborers to ensure the successful completion of landscape construction projects. Oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Interpret blueprints, design plans, and project specifications. Manage site preparation, grading, hardscape installation, planting, irrigation, and other landscape construction tasks. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion. Maintain project budgets, schedules, and proper documentation. Requirements Must enjoy working outdoors and be ready to work hard. 3-5 years' experience in the landscape construction field, and prior experience managing a crew Ability to lift 80lbs+; work outside in inclement weather; bending, squatting, lifting, reaching Experience with Hardscape Installation, Site Layout, Laser Level Operation, Skid Steer Operation and Crew Management Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts and Saturdays if needed (overtime available) Dependability and Reliability: showing up on time to support your team.
