We're seeking an OT for immediate vacation coverage to bring care and expertise to our residents. Job Duties Provide individualized OT treatments to enhance residents' mobility and independence. Collaborate with healthcare team to create personalized care plans. Conduct assessments, document progress, and adjust treatments as needed. Support residents in achieving their highest level of function. Experience & Skills Required Active NJ Occupational Therapy license Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred.
