Position: CW Lab Coordinator Location: Ann Arbor, MI, 48105Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Temporary AssignmentWork Type: OnsiteJon Description:Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain inventory systems for consumables and tools. Ensure lab spaces are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Coordinate with vendors for servicing and repairs of equipment. Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with TRINA safety procedures. Assist to maintain safety documentation including MSDS, training records, and inspection reports. Support the procurement process including vendor communication, quote collection, and documentation. Track delivery, installation, and commissioning of new equipment. Qualifications: Master's/ Bachelor's with experience in a research or technical lab environment. Familiarity with lab safety standards and equipment maintenance. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with research teams.
