Key Responsibilities: Dispense prescription medications and over-the-counter drugs accurately and efficiently. Review and verify medication orders for appropriateness and potential interactions. Provide medication counseling and education to patients and caregivers. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of medication usage and patient profiles. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required. Valid NJ pharmacy license. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication therapy management, and drug interactions.
