As a member of our Dining Services team, you will support our patients and caregivers by preparing and serving restaurant-quality meals in our state-of-the-art facility. In this role, you will perform a variety of food service duties to provide quality food for the satisfaction of our patients/customers. Required Qualifications: - Demonstrates ability to read and write English - Demonstrates ability to perform basic math computations - Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Preferred qualifications: - HS Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam Physical Requirements: - May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. - May need to sit or stand for extended periods. - See in the normal visual range with or without correction. - Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. - Ability to climb intermittently during the day. - Ability to push/pull/lift 100-300 pounds. - Ability to see computer monitor and departmental documents. - Requires some exposure to chemicals and cleaning products. - Requires exposure to warm and cold temperatures.
