Job Description We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead and oversee all operational functions of a branch facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, safety, and team performance. The ideal candidate is an operations-focused leader who can manage people, processes, and performance while maintaining high service levels and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery coordination Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and safety across all branch functions Supervise warehouse staff and delivery drivers; recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable Maintain accurate inventory levels and strong inventory control processes Oversee inbound and outbound freight coordination and carrier relationships Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and resolve operational issues Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements Manage operating expenses and support budget adherence Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and operational demands QualificationsRequired 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics leadership experience Proven experience managing teams and daily operations Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and distribution processes Demonstrated ability to enforce standards, improve performance, and lead teams Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field Experience managing branch-level operations with full accountability Experience implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in both warehouse and office environments Ability to climb ladders and move throughout warehouse facilities Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays
