Express Lube Technicians are responsible for performing minor maintenance on vehicles in a quick thorough manner. McGeorge Perks: · Weekly Pay - get paid every Friday! · Retirement Savings Plan (401k) with a generous Company match · 5 days of Vacation Time (PTO) eligible after 6 months of employment. · Closed Sundays! · Paid time off for Major Holidays · Vision, dental, and medical care benefits available after 90 days. · Company provided Life Insurance · Company paid Job related training & continued education · Company Discounts for Parts, Service, Body Shop Repairs & New or Used Vehicle purchases. · Accelerated Training and Apprentice Program Responsibilities · Performs oil changes on guest vehicles · Inspects oil, cabin, air filters and vehicle fluid level and replaces or replenishes as necessary · Check’s tire pressures and adds air, as needed · Rotates tires and inspects brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs · Performs a Multi-point vehicle inspection, refers needed repairs and preventive maintenance to Service Advisor. · Documents all work performed on repair order and inspection sheet · Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner Qualifications · A high school diploma or equivalent. · Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record. · Pass Pre-Employment background check & drug screening.
