Senior GIS Solutions Engineer

T&M Associates is seeking a Senior GIS Solutions Engineer to join our growing Geospatial Solutions Team. This senior-level role is ideal for an experienced GIS professional with strong enterprise architecture expertise, business development acumen, and a passion for advancing modern geospatial solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a technical GIS lead, driving innovation and supporting strategic growth across municipal, utilities, transportation, environmental, and private-sector clients. The position may be based out of our Philadelphia, King of Prussia, or Bethlehem offices, with opportunities for hybrid work. Responsibilities Serve as a senior GIS technical lead, driving geospatial strategy and identifying growth opportunities. Advise clients on enterprise GIS solutions and support business development through proposals and technical demonstrations. Design, implement, and administer ArcGIS Enterprise environments and enterprise geodatabases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL). Lead cloud-based GIS deployments (Azure/AWS) and integrate spatial and non-spatial systems. Oversee mobile and field data collection systems (GPS/iPad). Mentor junior staff and communicate technical solutions to diverse audiences. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, Planning, or related field. 7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise GIS solutions, preferably for public-sector or utility clients. Strong expertise in the Esri technology stack (ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, Online). Experience with enterprise database management and ArcGIS Enterprise administration. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Arcade, JavaScript, and API integrations. Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments. Utility Network, ArcGIS Indoors, BI tools, and asset management systems experience preferred. GISP certification preferred. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $110,000-$140,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
