Job Description Autism Center of Excellence is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Virginia Beach clinic. This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule in a structured clinic environment supporting pediatric clients ages 2-14 receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. RBTs work closely with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized treatment plans. This role is ideal for experienced RBTs who value clinical collaboration, stability, and working in a supportive team environment.
