About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Eagle Point School District 9 team. In this role, you will evaluate, design, and implement specialized instruction tailored to children with communication disorders. You will work closely with teachers, counselors, parents, and other professionals to deliver effective services that support student success in communication and language skills. Your work will involve developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), providing a continuum of communication services based on student needs, and contributing to multidisciplinary and IEP teams. You'll also offer consultation and training to staff and families, ensuring best practices in communication interventions. Who We're Looking For We are looking for a licensed and highly motivated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about making a positive difference in students' lives. You should hold an Oregon Health Board of Examiner's Speech Pathology License or an Oregon Teacher's License with a Speech Impairment Endorsement. The ideal candidate is organized, maintains efficient time schedules, and communicates effectively with staff, students, and the community.
