Controller - MissionDriven Nonprofit (Alexandria, VA) Compensation: $150,000-$180,000+ Schedule: Monday-Friday, fully onsite Team: Six accounting staff Location: Alexandria, VA A large, long-standing, mission-focused nonprofit organization in the Alexandria area is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting function. The role is open due to an amicable relocation of the current Controller. Role Overview The Controller will oversee all accounting operations within a diverse and complex environment. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic setting and wants to influence systems, processes, and organizational infrastructure.
