Equipment: PHMI_100 Job Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will primarily create and manage a care plan for individual patients. You are a Registered Nurse (RN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in creating personalized care plans for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest.
