Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Serve as Tier 1 support for ERP and business systems tickets, resolving user issues or escalating as appropriate. Manage ERP user authorizations, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access audits. Perform data entry, validation, and cleanup activities across ERP modules to ensure data accuracy. Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and system changes. Generate, update, and validate standard or custom reports, dashboards, and metrics for management. Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and project tracking reports for the Director. Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities within business systems. Monitor daily automation processes and assist in troubleshooting minor failures or errors. Maintain organized, up-to-date internal documentation, system records, and project files. Makes suggestions on improving work procedures. Willingness to take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Business Systems & Intelligence. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Valid insurable driver’s license. Travel up to ten percent (10%) annually. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage and multi-task multiple projects at one time and in an efficient and timely manner. Adapt and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure, shift priorities in a changing environment, and self-direct with good business judgments. Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, E-Emphaysis, etc.) preferred. Ability to troubleshoot user issues and provide effective communication. Excellent documentation and administrative coordination skills. Exposure to workflow automation is a plus Ability to work overtime and have flexibility to accommodate the needs of the position. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in ERP support, operations, or business systems roles required. Sitting- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional physical activity of the position: Balancing- maintaining body equilibrium. Fingering-perceiving attributes of objects by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips. The visual acuity requirements: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes. The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned. The conditions the worker will be submitted to in this position: The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
