Salesforce Business Analyst

The Salesforce Business Analyst will be an integral member of our client's telecom team and will be responsible for a suite of Salesforce applications supporting finance, sales, legal and strategy business units. The primary role of the Salesforce Business Analyst is to act as a liaison between business partners and IT Teams, supporting the solution delivery lifecycle. Be a proactive product owner and work alongside developers, support consultants, IT infrastructure, vendors, and different business verticals. Execute Production Support activities including Salesforce system administration, configuration, and outlining Salesforce technical architecture for enhancements and bug fixes. Execute on product management, business analysis, process mapping, functional architecture, testing, and system integrations. Provide trouble-shooting capabilities to assess, identify, and engage in resolution on reported application issues for daily production support. Provide training, business support and guidance. Collaborate with technical teams to provide input on end-to-end technical solutions. Create and execute test cases when required. Be a change agent and a knowledge keeper to support the successful business adoption of new IT solutions. All other duties as assigned.
