We have a position for an experienced EV wiring harness design engineer who has experience with PCB and electronic components changes. What you will be doing: Modifying current wiring harnesses Design new wiring harnesses PCB changes Design validation Support manufacturing line Making low level modifications for diagnostics and troubleshooting HV distribution Communicating to internal customers. Manage the work load and ensure deadlines are met and communicate to the various internal customers they are performing work with. Assemble and present design reviews and similar work Attend 1 to 2 meetings per day Be able to prioritize work and communicate accurate dates work will be finished What you'll get: Full benefits: medical, dental, 401K match Ongoing professional development opportunities Flexible Hybrid schedule The opportunity to work on industry leading projects The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the following areas: Wire harness design experience in the engine and/or heavy-duty equipment industry. Automotive design experience also acceptable. High and low voltage Power electronics EV PCB changes Good communicator - written and verbal Great collaborator What you'll need to be successful: College, university, or equivalent associates or bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required. Creo Parametric CAD experience Creo Schematics experience Wire harness design experience in the engine and/or heavy-duty equipment industry. Automotive design experience also acceptable. High and low voltage experience Power electronics experience EV experience PCB changes experience Experience with iDFMEA and DVP processes PDM Windchill or Integrity data management experience Experience with 7 Step problem-solving processes Experience with troubleshooting engine or vehicle electrical systems Both good communication skills, written and verbal Click the Easy Apply button to learn more. #LI-JB1
