Engages stakeholders to align on outcomes and success measures, not just requirements or features. Continuously evaluates delivered solutions and incorporates feedback to drive iterative improvement. Research and collaborate with other project teams tasked with identifying current and future business needs. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring work is sequenced based on value, risk, dependencies, and strategic alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping for new and legacy systems. Primary Skills and Experience: JIRA Analysis Technical Writing Product Ownership Billing System Expertise: understanding of billing transformation processes and catalog-driven service models How Primary Skills/Experience Are Applied: Write clear workflow documents/presentations. Articulate business logic to technical and non-technical partners. Coordinate across business and technical domains, integration owners, and workstreams for consistency and accountability. Translate meeting outputs into structured deliverables, decision logs, and stakeholder updates; document requirements as JIRA user stories for development prioritization.
