Our client is currently seeking a UX Researcher (III) Job Title : UX Researcher Location : San Bruno, CA Worksite : Hybrid Duration : 6+ Months Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned UX Researcher to join our team and help shape user-centered product experiences. You will design and conduct research that uncovers user needs, behaviors, and motivations, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product and design teams. Responsibilities Plan and execute research studies using diverse methods (usability testing, contextual inquiry, surveys, interviews, diary studies, etc.). Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify research opportunities and define study goals. Deliver clear, compelling insights that influence product strategy and design decisions. Advocate for the user by ensuring their voice is represented throughout the product development lifecycle. Synthesize findings into reports, presentations, and workshops that drive alignment across teams. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in applied UX research or a related field. Proven expertise in research design and execution across multiple methodologies. Experience conducting product research in usability, generative, or end-to-end settings. Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey insights effectively. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and collaborate across disciplines.
