An opportunity is available for an experienced IV/Infusion/Chemo Pharmacy Technician to support oncology and infusion services. This role is ideal for someone skilled in nonhazardous sterile compounding and medication delivery within a clinical setting. The position is contract-based, offering a focused 13-week engagement starting early March. Location: Framingham, MA Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Rotating Saturdays Key Responsibilities: Deliver medications to infusion clinics, ambulatory clinics, and hospital units Assist with medication management, including use of automated dispensing systems such as Pyxis Perform non-chemotherapy sterile compounding to support pharmacy operations Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all pharmacy activities Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current MA Pharmacy Technician license National certification as a Pharmacy Technician Proven experience with IV/infusion and chemotherapy pharmacy protocols Comfortable working in a fast-paced oncology or infusion pharmacy environment Ability to handle medication delivery and sterile compounding efficiently and accurately This contract offers a chance to work within a specialized pharmacy setting supporting critical oncology and infusion services.
