Pulmonology Nurse Practitioner

WellStar Medical Group is seeking an inpatient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join WellStar Pulmonary Medicine. Wellstar Pulmonary Medicine is a well-established, 60+ physician practice with offices throughout the Metro Atlanta area and integration with all Wellstar Hospitals. The practice includes all aspects of pulmonary medicine, including critical care, sleep medicine, outpatient pulmonary, interventional pulmonary, pulmonary rehab, and clinical research. This particular position is for a full-time inpatient provider. It will require 80 hours per two-week pay period. This encompasses 7 total shifts. Six 12 hr shifts (7am - 7pm) and one 8-hour shift (7am-3pm). No nights or call. Weekend requirement is one out of four weekends. Job requirements include collaborating with physicians attending to complete inpatient rounding, assist with new consults and perform bedside procedures with on the job procedure training. This position covers four hospitals: Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Cobb Hospital in Austell, Douglas Hospital in Douglasville and Paulding Hospital in Hiram
