Certified Nursing Assistant- (PRN)Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ, 07922 Employment Type: PRN Pay Rate: $12 - $17/hr; (Negotiable based on experience) Shifts Available: 8-hr Shifts 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies, state regulations, and the patients' needs. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team Provide mobility assistance and help patients with repositioning in bed Document and report on patient progress and health status Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times Assist with feeding and administering medications as directed by the healthcare provider Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns Work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care Adhere to infection control practices and safety standards Qualifications: Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey Previous experience in a healthcare setting Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients and team members Ability to lift and transfer patients (assistance available when needed) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies calmly Must be able to work flexible hours (day, evenings and nights) To Apply: Please submit an updated resume.
