Hi Friends, Title: Atlassian Admin Location : Conshohocken, PA / Dallas, TX Full Time Lead, configure, and customize the Atlassian tools, including Jira, JSM, Confluence, Opsgenie and related plugins, to align with organizational requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and scope project requirements. • Design and implement custom workflows, fields, screens, and automation to optimize processes and support business needs. • Build a playbook to demonstrate the capabilities of Atlassian/Jira to the business users. • Build and maintain documentation, guidelines, and standard methodologies for the Atlassian tools and related processes. • Maintain Atlassian environment to best practice standards around security groups, permissions, schema configurations, and backups. • Create dashboards based on business requirements, troubleshoot Atlassian related issues, and generate reports to provide tool usage and performance insights.
