The team Our Sector Insights team consists of market-facing experts across 18 sectors, crafting EY's distinctive viewpoints on future sector developments. The opportunity As the Senior Insurance Insights Analyst at EY, you will connect the Insights team and drive initiatives for the Insurance sector. Your role is vital in ensuring EY's unique perspective on client challenges within this sector. You will spearhead the creation of impactful viewpoints and engage clients, establishing EY as a premier advisor on strategy, transactions, and transformation for C-suite executives. Recognized as an expert and strategic consultant, you will define crucial issues and insights landscape for Insurance leadership and align priorities with the Global Insurance Sector Board. Your key responsibilities Executive impact: Engage with and provide provocative perspectives to senior stakeholders on challenges and opportunities in the Insurance sector. Cultivate relationships within internal and external networks, attending client meetings, roundtables, and serving as a spokesperson for the sector. Strategic leadership: Develop and implement the Insights strategy for the Insurance sector, focusing on generating insights beyond publicly available data. Drive external thought leadership and identify sharing opportunities across insights teams. Analytical responsibilities: Integrate diverse perspectives to produce effective viewpoints. Identify key market initiatives and opportunities through qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Partner closely with Insights leadership and Analysts to support Insurance leaders. Share best practices and contribute to developing core products and services for consistency across Insights. Skills and attributes for success Exceptional executive-level presentation skills, experienced in challenging senior Insurance clients and decision-makers. Proven experience in client-focused environments. Expertise in Insurance insights with over 5 years of research and analysis experience. Collaborative mindset, adept in team and independent work within a global context. Strong analytical abilities for synthesizing information and providing insightful analytics. Clear and structured communication skills, effectively explaining complex concepts. What we look for We seek curious, strategic thinkers with a commercial perspective driven by understanding clients' experiences and broader market dynamics. You should possess at least 12 years of experience in a professional services environment and demonstrate a collaborative spirit, a strong executive presence, and excellent storytelling capabilities for engaging with C-suite clients. Your skill in uniting various perspectives to develop compelling insights, along with robust analytical capabilities, will be crucial for success in this role. What we offer you We provide a comprehensive compensation package where performance is rewarded and contributions are recognized. Your base salary range for this role is $171,400 to $339,400 in the US, with specific ranges for regions like New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California from $205,700 to $385,700, determined by various factors.
